Came about by me being starving, lazy, and not wanting to get any ingredients from the store. Had a rummage in the cupboard and voila!

Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
Soba noodles
1 block of firm tofu
1 red onion
1/2 zucchini
1 tbsp fresh garlic
2 tomatoes
Spinach
Turmeric
Tahine
Soy sauce
Salt
Lee Kum Kee Coconut Curry Sauce
Recipe:
1. Boil soba noodles according to instructions on packet.
2. Sauté tofu and veggies with garlic, seasonings, and soy sauce
3. Once soba noodles are done, drain and add to pan with veggies. Add sesame seeds, and sauce of choice
4. Plate, and top with fresh parsley.
