Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
1 1/2 blocks firm tofu
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp turmeric
1 stock cube
1 clove garlic
1 yellow onion diced
1 tsp paprika
3 cups brown rice
1 bag frozen stir fry veggies (or fresh veg of your choice)
5 tbsp tamari
1 tsp sriracha
Sesame seeds
Fresh coriander
Salt
Pepper
Recipe:
1. Add nooch, turmeric, finely diced garlic, onion, stock, and paprika to a large pan and pour in 1/2 cup of water. Mix well to create a flavourful liquid. Add diced onion and crumble in tofu. Cook tofu through fully then set aside.
2. Heat frozen veggies (or chop fresh veg) and add to pan. Add cooked rice and pour in tamari. Stir in tofu “egg” crumbles and drizzle in sriracha. Mix well so everything is flavoured.
3. Garnish with sesame seeds, fresh coriander, and additional sriracha (optional).
